My Representation: Male For the representation of my stereotypical male indie rock fan I wanted to reflect what I'd previously discovered through my target audience research. I did this firstly by showcasing his carefree nature with the long and unkempt hair, although this may still be considered current and on-trend. From my target audience research I discovered that the stereotypical outfit for an 'indie' male is breton stripes and black skinny jeans, which I decided to show in my representation to best reflect their style. As well as this, I also wanted to include one garish piece of clothing that reflected the styles of indie rock artists that I first discovered in my genre research. Location Recce After doing my storyboard and shot list, I had a rough idea of what I wanted my music video to look like. However, in order to help me be more specific with my ideas I visited some locations I thought would be suitable. 1. The Field  In my storyboard/shot list I had envisioned a corn field for the scenes where the girl meets the boy in the rabbit mask. These scenes underpin the whole narrative of the music video as the pivotal moments happen here which makes the location even more important. Luckily, I was able to find a field that was exactly what I was looking for.  As it is very overgrown, it creates a very enclosed space which helps for both the shots where Phoebe is running away and feels trapped and the intimate shots with the boy in the rabbit mask.   2.
